Opening Times

Surgery Time

Regular appointments are bookable. Call in, telephone or book online.

The telephone lines are open from 08:00 for patients who need to make an urgent appointment that day. Please phone after 08:30 for non-urgent appointments – the quietest times are usually between 12:00 and 15:00.  

Weekend appointments: now available at Thurrock Hubs located in Tilbury and Grays - GP and nurse appointments are bookable only through your branch.

Emergency: For emergencies or out of hours please call 111

When We Are Closed

When the surgery is closed call 111 free of charge from mobiles and landlines. An adviser or nurse will help you immediately or direct you to the most appropriate service

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.  

Staff Training Closure

A number of times a year the practice will close at 13:00 for compulsory training for doctors and nurses, organised by Thurrock Clinical Commissioning Group. 

If you urgently need medical assistance between 13:00 and 18:30 please call 111.

After 18:30 call 111.
